We want customers to feel confident when ordering books and publications from Nazareth CPAs. This policy explains how returns, refunds and order issues are handled.
Physical Books
Physical books may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they are unused, unopened or in resalable condition. To request a return, contact us before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Digital Books and Downloads
Digital books, ebook downloads and electronic files are generally final sale once delivered or downloaded. We may review refund requests for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, technical access problems we cannot resolve, or other exceptional circumstances.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos when available. We may offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item or an incorrect shipment. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. After approval and receipt/inspection of any returned physical item, refunds are typically submitted within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may need to be handled as a return. If we cannot fulfill an order or cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide cancellation/refund options for unshipped merchandise as required.
