This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical book orders placed through the Nazareth CPAs website. Digital books or downloads are delivered electronically when available.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, publisher fulfillment windows or supply delays.
Shipping Areas
Standard checkout is intended primarily for U.S. domestic orders unless otherwise stated on the product page. For international delivery, bulk orders, special shipping requests or institutional purchases, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on carrier service, destination and fulfillment availability. Any displayed delivery timeframe is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated, we will notify you and provide options where required, including consent to the delay or cancellation with a refund for unshipped merchandise.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details. We will help review available carrier information and determine the next practical step.
